How do I remove someone from our hotel reservation and link new contacts?

    Hi there, Tania!

It is a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney! We are thrilled to answer your first question and help you plan a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

It is possible to try changing travel dates, room type, and other details while modifying a Disney Resort hotel reservation online. It may also be possible to increase your travel party to include more Guests, however, you will not be allowed to change the names on your reservation or remove a Guest to add someone else.

In this case, I recommend calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639 for assistance. Depending on your booking, you may have to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one to include new Guests and remove those who will not be traveling anymore.

It was a pleasure answering your question, Tania! I hope this information is helpful and that you have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
