how do i remove a person from my trip and one of the rooms

    Royal Greetings, Roxanna!

We are so pleased to see you here visiting planDisney. And now, we invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair, as planDisney proudly presents, your answer!

To remove a person from your trip and the room, you will want to go ahead and give the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line a call. A Cast Member there will be happy to help make the reservation changes you are looking to make.

Roxanna, please also keep in mind that theme park tickets are nonrefundable. Depending on your vacation package, you might be able to assign the ticket to a different Guest or hang on to it for a different date. Without knowing the details of your reservation, your best option would be to give the Walt Disney World Resort a call.

I’m sure you and your family will have a fantastic visit. Be sure to make a stop at Disney Springs. It’s one of my favorite places to shop for souvenirs and grab a sweet treat.

Have so much fun, Roxanna, and please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
