How do I remove a person from my Disney experience?

Hey there, Karen! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

To remove a guest from your Family & Friends list on your My Disney Experience account, simply log in to your account, choose your Family and Friends link, select Update on the right of the guest listed that you wish to remove. A blue box will appear with some options and another link saying Remove From this List. You will be asked once more if you are certain you wish to remove this guest. Choose the Yes, Remove option and bibbidi bobbidi boo! The guest will be removed from your Family & Friends list.

If you have any issues and need additional assistance, you can reach out to Disney’s Internet Help Desk by calling 407-939-7765, where a savvy and friendly Cast Member can help troubleshoot any hiccups with you over the phone.

I hope this helps answer your question. Wishing you a magical day,

Meet the Panelist: Emille, Florida

Hi! My name is Emille. I’m a mom of two and wife to a wonderful fellow Disney nerd! As a current Florida resident and Annual Passholder, I love being able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort frequently. When I’m not at the Parks, you can find me leading worship at my local church or traveling with a prison ministry I sing and speak for. I look forward to answering your questions and sharing some of my favorite tips to help you plan your next magical Walt Disney World vacation! Learn More About Emille
