I’ll be more than happy to help you with this! I tend to visit the
parks with different friends and family members. I’m also super organized so seeing everyone's tickets on my
account, when we aren’t traveling together, can be a little overwhelming for me. My middle sister, on the other hand, loves seeing what everyone is up to so she refuses to delete anyone.
To remove someone else’s ticket you will want to navigate over to the “Ticket & Passes” section of the
mobile app. Then go ahead and scroll to the ticket you wish to remove and select “Remove This Ticket”. If this option is not visible to you, I recommend
contacting Guest Information. A Cast Member there will be all EARs and ready to assist you with removing the additional tickets from your account.
