How do I remove my pass from someone else’s account?

    Hey there, Michelica!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question! Did you recently visit the Disneyland Resort with a group? When I visit with my friends, I think it's so convenient that we can link our tickets all together so we can make Lightning Lane reservations as a group. Thankfully, when the visit is done, it's really easy to remove yourself from the other account.

On your friend's phone, have them open the Disneyland Mobile App and navigate to "My Tickets & Passes." You can find this option under the "☰" Features Menu, which is on the bottom right from the Home Screen of the App. Swipe until you see the ticket that you would like to unlink. Underneath the ticket, you will see a button to "Delete Ticket." Select this and that particular ticket will be removed from that account. The ticket itself will still remain valid until its expiration date or until all days have been used. A ticket cannot be deleted from its primary account holder's account.

Did you see that this year's Oogie Boogie Bash dates have been announced? If you haven't attended that Event, I'd highly recommend it. It's my favorite After Hours Party and Disney California Adventure is virtually unrecognizable! The decorations are second to none and it's always neat to see what new Villains they'll add to the roster.

Michelica, I hope that this answer was helpful for you. Please come back to us anytime you have more questions. We'd love to hear from you again and you're always welcome at planDisney!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
