Welcome to planDisney Melissa!
It is such a wonderful time to be visiting Walt Disney World! The parks all celebrating
Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary so join in the fun! Enjoy new attractions like
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure and nighttime spectaculars like
Disney Enchantment at the Magic Kingdom. There is fun around every corner.
It sounds like you would like to cancel your
Theme Park Tickets. If you purchased your Theme Park Tickets as part of a Vacation Package (room and tickets purchased together and you made a $200 deposit) then you can cancel your entire reservation as long as you are more than 30 days away from your arrival. If you do this, you will need to re-book a Room Only reservation, then purchase the tickets you want from your third-party vendor.
If you purchased your Theme Park Tickets separately (purchased through Walt Disney World and paid for them in full) these are
non-refundable per the Walt Disney World website.
Once you have your tickets all in order, you will want to make your
Theme Park Reservations. The parks are getting busier so lock in those reservations as soon as you secure your travel dates.
Wishing you a magical visit to Walt Disney World!
Cathy
