Remove one guest and add another one to resort reservation

Hello Norma and welcome to planDisney!  I'm so happy you've stopped by with your question for us.

It's wonderful to know you have a September vacation to Walt Disney World Resort to look forward to where you'll be staying right within the heart of the magic in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel.  And with so many Things to do in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, you're sure to enjoy a zip-a-dee-doo-dah time together with your whole party!

I'm happy to share that in my own experience of amending a Guest name on my Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation, I had to discuss my particular needs with a helpful Cast Member by calling the number for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Prior to calling, you'll want to be sure to have your reservation confirmation number close to hand.

In addition, Norma, you may also wish to communicate your request with Cast Members by utilising the Chat function (found on the upper right-hand side of this link) or perhaps via email by using this online email enquiry form.

If you should have any further questions about vacationing this coming Autumn at Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to planDisney to ask me another question.  I'm always happy to help.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
