How do I remove my old itinerary from my list

    Hiya, Izzy!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Your old itinerary on the “My Plans” page of the Walt Disney World Resort website and the My Disney Experience Mobile App should disappear automatically within a few days of your departure from The Most Magical Place on Earth. If it does not disappear, you may need to call Disney’s Website Support at (407) 939-4357. They should be able to help you clear out your old itinerary!

If you’re wanting to erase an old itinerary from the “My Wish List” section, all you need to do is unselect the blue heart button in the righthand corner of each banner.

I hope you’re excited for your next adventure, Izzy! May pixie dust and happy thoughts follow you! If you have additional questions, we’d be delighted to hear from you again at planDisney

Meet the Panelist: Allyn, Florida

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
