    How do I remove an old booking?

    One of my favourite, and most relatable quotes from Walt Disney is -

    We keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths."

    And of course, to move forward, we sometimes need to remove old, or unnecessary items - just like old bookings for instance!

    Rob, I'm more than happy to share that it's always possible to speak with helpful Cast Members who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account.  Cast Members really are like magical Fairy Godmothers who can, with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, make any necessary adjustments to the current details contained within your account.

    I also thought that prior to dialling, it might be useful for you to know that only the named lead passenger on a Disney holiday booking will be able to cancel or make any amendments to the booking in question.

    Additionally, at this time the only way for Guests to provide notification of any holiday cancellations must be made via email. 

    Within a cancellation email please remember to include your holiday booking reference, and if at all possible any reasons for your cancellation.  After any cancellation request is actioned by Cast Members, Guests will be issued a new invoice for any outstanding amounts or indeed a refund for any monies owing.
