How do I remove names listed on my Handicap Pass?

    Howdy Jeanne!

Welcome to planDisney!  Thank you for sharing your question with us!

Planning a visit to “The Most Magical Place on Earth” is always a “Dream Come True!”  It looks like you have obtained a Disability Access Service Card and would like to remove some guests from your list.  Hakuna Matata, No Worries!  You will need to see a Cast Member in Guest Services at the entrance of one of the theme parks or locations throughout the theme parks.  The Cast Member at Guest Services will be able to scan your MagicBand, Key to the World Card, or your Disney MagicMobile to access everyone listed in your party.  At this point, you will need to name each member in your party that will no longer need to be on your Disability Access Service, and the Cast Member will delete these individuals.

While you are visiting Guest Services, you can ask the Cast Member to set you up for your next attraction if you do not currently have a return time for an attraction.  You will find Guest Services located throughout the theme parks to help you set up return times and modify your party.  The Cast Members at all of the Guest Service locations are so kind and helpful!  So, if you find that you have any questions about your Disability Access Service during your vacation, there is always a Guest Service Cast Member close that can help you with most any question.

Sometimes, it can be challenging to find a Guest Service location.  There are maps at the entrance of each theme park, or you can look at the Walt Disney World Resort Maps online!  I like to search out Guest Services in each theme park and print a copy to take on vacation.  This way, I will have all of the Guest Service locations at my fingertips.  You can also open your My Disney Experience and search Guest Relations, then open the map to find a Cast Member closest to you!

The Walt Disney World Resort does a fantastic job assisting guests in every situation!  To stay informed of any additions to the Disability Access Service, go to the Disney Parks Blog.  If you have any more questions as you plan your visit to Neverland, please come back to planDisney!  We look forward to hEARing from you again, Jeanne!
