Greetings, Mikie!
Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you stopping by with your question and I'd be happy to help you with removing a Magic Key Pass from your Disneyland account. While it can be extremely useful to link someone else's ticket to your account to make it easier to book
Lightning Lanes and
Virtual Queues when you are both visiting the Parks, I can totally understand wanting to clean up your "Tickets and Passes" screen by unlinking the ticket when it's no longer needed.
In order to unlink a ticket, you'll need to open the
Disneyland Mobile App on your smartphone. From the Home Screen, press the "☰" Features Menu and select "Tickets and Passes." Swipe over to the ticket that you'd like to remove and you should see an option to "Delete this Ticket." That will effectively unlink that ticket from your account. If you do not see this option, then you'll need to speak to a Cast Member at the
Tickets Guest Services line or via the Chat Feature within the Disneyland Mobile App or the
Disneyland website. This actually happened with my family and a friendly Cast Member was able to remove the ticket after chatting with her in the App.
I hope that you had a magical visit when you were able to visit the Happiest Place on Earth. The actual 100th Anniversary of The Walt Disney Company is quickly approaching on October 16, 2023! They haven't made any announcements about special events at the Parks, but I'd recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog if you're interested in keeping up with the latest news. It's a real milestone date!
Mikie, I hope that was helpful for you and that you're able to unlink the ticket as requested. If there is anything else that we at planDisney can do for you, please reach out again anytime. You're always welcome here!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
