I'm not sure if you're asking about modifying a Disney Resorts Collection reservation or a Theme Park Reservation. Let's chat about both scenarios!
If you need to remove someone from your Disney Resort hotel reservation, I recommend calling the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936. With just hours until your arrival, the assistance of a friendly Cast Member is the best way to ensure the necessary changes are made on your reservation.
To remove someone from your group's
Theme Park Reservation, start by logging in to your My Disney Experience account. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort website and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down the page until you see your Daily Itinerary listed. Find the Disney Park Pass you'd like to remove a Guest from and click on the "View Details" button that's listed to the right of it. You'll see an option to cancel your Disney Park Pass altogether, but don't panic! You'll be able to select the specific Guest you'd like to cancel the Disney Park Pass for while maintaining the reservation for everyone else that's listed. If completing that step makes you nervous (I don't blame you!), I suggest waiting until you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort to get in-person assistance from a Cast Member. Just stop by the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel or Guest Services at any of the theme parks, and a Cast Member will gladly help you!
