Disney PhotoPass photos and videos! I'm sorry to hear your account is not cooperating. To delete your account, you will need to speak with a Cast Member directly. The request for an online account deletion has to be made over the phone, and it can take up to two weeks for the email associated with the previous account to be available to create a new account. I'm quite confident, however, that deleting your current account is a last resort. The My Disney Experience specialists will do everything they can to resolve the current issue you're having. My Disney Experience mobile app prior to your visit. Guests are now able to place
mobile food and beverage orders at select Quick-Service dining locations, and I just love this new feature! It's super convenient and saves lots of precious time in the theme parks. On my family's most recent visit, we placed our mobile food and beverage orders while we waited in line for our favorite attractions. We were able to customize our order, and once we were finished riding, our order was ready for us. How easy is that?
