I remember seeing a website mentioned that will send a free fax to your resort for room requests. Does anyone still know what it is?

    Hi Jaynee,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

Although they can’t make any guarantees that they’ll be able to honour your room requests, I’ve had the most luck with getting a specific room location whenever I’ve filled out my Online Check-In form with as many details as possible regarding room, building, floor and other location-based requests.

If you’re looking for an unofficial resource, I believe that the site to which you’re referring in your question is Touring Plans. I think that they used to offer that kind of service to their subscribers but I don’t know whether they still do so.

I hope I understood your question correctly. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
