If you can remember the email with which you created a
Disneyland account to purchase the ticket, we can locate your ticket. Download the
Disneyland mobile app and log in with the email/account you used to purchase the ticket. Go to Tickets and Passes and you should see it there. Also, you should see your park reservation under Future Plans. Every Guest must have a ticket and park reservation for each day they’d like to visit the parks.
In case you are unable to use your ticket and reservation on August 8 as you had planned, Hakuna Matata - it means no worries. Your ticket will remain linked to your account, and you can make a new reservation. In the
Disneyland mobile app, click on the “+” at the bottom of the screen, select “Make a Park Reservation” and click “Make Park Reservations.” Then click “Book Theme Park Reservation” and select the ticket you’d like to make a reservation for. Continue following the steps to make a reservation.
If you’d like to confirm the exact expiration date of your ticket, you can
contact Ticket Services. Also, keep in mind that you can make park reservations up to 120 days in advance.
