Remember when we were there a few years back at our Disney Resort there was some sort of Disney Camp or somewhere to drop off older kids--maybe 5 or so? We were at Wilderness Lodge. We used a nanny service and don't see that now?

    Hello Jennifer,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I am pleased to let you know that you memory is correct. There are currently four childcare activity centers at four different deluxe Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Although, Disney's Wilderness Lodge is not one of them. Here are the different locations:

My kids have enjoyed crafts and snacks and loads of fun with other children their age on several occasions while my husband and I enjoyed an adult night out. In fact, they had so much fun that they did not want to leave. It is for toilet-trained children ages 3-12. You can make reservations by calling (407) 939-7529.

There is also an independent company that offers in-room babysitting. When one of our children wasn't old enough to use the childcare activity centers, we hired a sitter and were very pleased.

    Have a wonderful time!
