I remember Epcot having a "Bayou" boat ride and dining attraction at Epcot. In a Louisiana style, a dimly lit sky just after dusk, docks, a river flowing by, and a boat ride on the river. It was great. Where is it now?

    Hi Tom!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  I believe what you are thinking about is the Blue Bayou restaurant in Disneyland in California.  The Blue Bayou is inside the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction (or right next to it depending on your point of view).  From the Blue Bayou you can watch guests riding the boats of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, and they can watch you dine in what appears to be a dimly lit Old South restaurant after dusk.

That said, Epcot has something similar:  The San Angel Inn inside the Mexican Pavilion in World Showcase.  It is one of my family's favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World.  From the restaurant, you can watch guests go by riding boats.  The food is also very good, though I don't think the atmosphere is as nice (or romantic) as the Blue Bayou's.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
