Is there a way I can use my remaining ticket or credits from March 2020 Covid closure for my upcoming trip to Disney?

    Hello, Jill!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sending us your Disneyland Resort question. I’m sorry to hear your vacation plans were affected back in 2020, but I’m thrilled that you’ll be making a triumphant return to The Happiest Place on Earth soon!

Many theme park ticket expiration dates were extended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but most of those tickets expired at the end of 2021. However, if your tickets were never used for entry to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, you may still be able to apply the amount you paid originally as credit toward a new, valid ticket at the current price.

The best way to handle this is to call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can investigate your ticket’s history and assist you with upgrading it if possible. When you call, be sure to have all your ticket details and a form of payment handy to cover the cost of the upgrade.

I hope this is helpful, Jill, and that your next trip to The Happiest Place on Earth makes all your pixie-dusted dreams come true! You’re more than welcome to write back and ask any other planning questions you have as you continue planning.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
