Hey James!
From one Floridian to another, a warm welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending us your awesome question about
Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket expiration dates.
James, it is very likely that your theme park tickets have expired if they are not “No Expiration” option tickets. Most Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets start expiring after their first use. The date they expire depends on the type of ticket you have purchased, and when it was purchased.
You can
learn more information on theme park ticket expiration by visiting this link. However, not all hope is lost, James! It is also possible that your tickets have not expired, and a friendly Cast Member may be able to assist you in learning more about your theme park tickets. It is even possible that you may be able to apply part of your theme park ticket's value to a new ticket.
Checking the remaining days of your theme park ticket is so easy that you can
do so from home or in person at Walt Disney World Resort. The easiest way is by e-mailing
ticket.usage@disneyworld.com with the following information:
— A photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
— Your full name
— Where and when your ticket was purchased
— Purchaser’s name and form of payment
— Phone number where you can be reached during the day
You can also
visit any Guest Relations counter upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort. It's that simple, James!
James, I hope you can get this all sorted out! If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are all EARS!
