Hey there, hi there, ho there Donna! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be.
Since I was just a little Mouseketeer, my favorite things to watch in my
Disney Resort Hotel have been channels like Must-Do Disney and the Walt Disney World Today information page. It's become a running joke in my family that even when I'm IN Walt Disney World, I can't get enough Disney. Not everyone in my family shares this sentiment and they were thrilled a few years ago when Disney expanded its cable television lineup in the Resort Hotels.
I did a little investigating and confirmed that your in-room television will offer several religious channels. Upon check-in, I suggest taking a look at Channel 11; here you'll find a scrolling schedule to see what specific programs will be shown during your stay. Additionally, if you happen to be a Guest at
Disney's Riviera Resort or
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, your room will feature a Smart TV capable of streaming from your smartphone, laptop computer, or tablet. Our church at home is still offering virtual worship services, so if we were staying in one of these resorts, we'd be able to watch them in Walt Disney World. How magical!
I hope this helps as you continue to dream about your upcoming vacation. You have so much to look forward to! The weather in April is fantastic, and the theme parks are blooming with spring flora. Be sure to spend some time enjoying the sights, sounds, and snacks at the
Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, and follow the
Disney Parks Blog for theme park news and updates. My family and I are so excited for the debut of
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, coming onboard sometime this year. Thanks again for sending your question to us, and if there is anything else we can help with before your adventure begins,
come visit us anytime. We're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Betsy
