    When do they release the dates for the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon? I'd like to start training for the 2014 race so my son and I could run in it together, but I need to plan and budget ahead of time.

    Hi Candace!

    The Princess Half Marathon is such a fun race!  I know you will love it, so I hope that it all works out that you can be there.

    The dates will be released sometime in late April or early May.  You can pretty much count on it being at the end of February or the very beginning of March.  

    Be sure to check out runDisney's official trainer, Jeff Galloway.  He will have a training program with specific dates for the Princess.  You can also find beginning-to-run plans and tips on his website, www.jeffgalloway.com.
