My Disney Experience, as it is undoubtedly the best way to get organized with every member of your travel party before your next trip!
To allow others to include you in their amazing Disney plans, you will need to be listed within their Family & Friends list. For reference, I found an
FAQ page that should help navigate the process. My recommendation would be to delete your entry from the list and attempting to add it again.
The list “owner” should log into his/her
My Disney Experience account to view their Family & Friends list. They only need to search for your email address and click the “Update” hyperlink to the right of your name. This should open up a blue box, and at the top right of your box, another hyperlink reading “Remove from This List.” Click that to remove this entry.
Next, they should scroll to the bottom of the Family and Friends list and click on “Add a Guest.” Here, they can re-enter your e-mail address, which should prompt a brand new invitation, which you will then be able to accept! If this does not resolve the issue,
contact Disney Reservations by phone for further guidance!
