With the reintroduction of the dining plan this year, wondering if popcorn bucket refills count as snack credit now(if we buy the bucket)? And for alcohole bev w meal, does that include cans at the resort foodcourts?

Hi there, Christie, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped back by with these great questions today! It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of dining plans at Walt Disney World Resort, so I'm thrilled to give you a little insight into how it works.

Christie, I love dining plans for so many reasons, but mostly because they make my vacation feel more all-inclusive. The Disney Dining Plan is fantastic for guests who like to take time to relax around a table full of delicious food at a table service restaurant. The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is a wonderful option for guests who like to be more flexible with their dining choices. You can't go wrong with either choice!

You'll be happy to know that popcorn bucket refills do count as a snack in your dining plan, after you've separately purchased the popcorn bucket. Adults ages 21 and up will be delighted by the beer and wine selection at Disney Resorts Collection Hotel quick-service dining locations. While options are subject to change, I was recently able to choose a single-serving container of wine as my adult beverage with my meal at my hotel.

When I'm using a dining plan, I always like to find snacks that seem to be a great value. One of my favorites is the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich (hold the bananas, please) at Sleepy Hollow at Magic Kingdom Park. I also love getting snacks from Karamell-Kuche in the Germany pavilion at EPCOT. If you're into flavored popcorn, I highly recommend the fresh Werther's Original Caramel Popcorn - it's such a treat to dig into this delicacy while it's still warm!

Christie, it has never been easier to find great meals and snacks. Just open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App, go to the map feature, and select Dining from the menu. From there, you can find nearby restaurants, see wait times at table service locations, view menus, and even place a Mobile Food & Beverage Order. This is a game-changer because it can save you time waiting for your food, which means more time enjoying the parks!

I hope you have a wonderful vacation! Please stop back by planDisney anytime!

    Bon appetit!
