Bright suns, Michael! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for bringing us your question.
I see you are one with the Force. Good news, you may bring your lightsaber with you to
Disneyland Resort. You do not need to bring it in a carrying case, however, keep in mind that you may need to store it for certain attractions so a retractable design will be useful.
For your reference, here is a
list of prohibited items at Disneyland Resort.
I am sure you’re planning to visit Batuu during your visit. Do you speak any Batuuese? Greet the locals with “bright suns” in the morning or “rising suns” in the evening. You can bid them farewell with “Til the Spires!” The locals love to engage in conversation. Also, in case you’re planning to enjoy
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, you can opt to purchase an
Individual Lightning Lane for a shorter queue for this attraction (the most I have waited in the Individual Lightning Lane is 10 minutes, while the standby queue was over 100 minutes long.) If you do plan to purchase the Individual Lightning Lane, you’ll want to do it as early in the morning as possible, as I’ve noticed that by late morning the Individual Lightning Lanes can fill up and sell out for the day. Just open the
Disneyland mobile app and go to Tip Board to find the attraction and click on the link to purchase the Individual Lightning Lane.
May the Force be with you!
Til the Spires,
Kamini
