Hi there, Dezsanna! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am so excited that your trip to the Disneyland Resort is just around the corner! I am also glad that your park-touring strategy includes arriving early and taking advantage of
Magic Morning if it's available to you. You will find that you can get so much done just by arriving before the crowds swell later in the day.
If you have
multi-day tickets, you are free to use those on any date as long as the first use is before the expiration date. You will then have 13 days from the date of first use to use all the days on your ticket. If you purchased one-day tickets, it depends which tier of ticket you purchased - value, regular, or peak. A one-day regular ticket can only be used on regular (or value) days or you can pay the difference to upgrade it to a peak ticket. New Year's Eve is considered a peak day, so if you have a one-day regular ticket, you will need to stop by a ticket booth and upgrade it to a peak day ticket before you enjoy the parks.
Depending on the age of your daughter and how late she is able to stay up, you may consider watching the special New Year's Eve "Fantasy In The Sky" Fireworks Spectacular at 9:00 p.m. that night instead of waiting for the 11:55 p.m. show. Also, be sure to catch A Christmas Fantasy Parade in Disneyland Park as it has two performances that afternoon. Check the
entertainment schedule for complete show times.
I hope this helps. Have a glorious time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
