    If we have a regular room at AKL-Jambo (not DDV villas), can we still use the Samawati pool and Uwanja camp at Kidani village? I know that we could use both pools at WL, but wasn't sure about here. Thank you

    Hi Shelly!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  The official answer is "yes".  This is a question we get every once in a while and while the general rule is no pool hopping at Walt Disney World, both Jambo House and Kidani Village is considered part of the same resort.  Pool hopping is also allowed between Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter for the same reason.  However, because I'm never sure if the policy might have changed, I also called down to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and the Disney Cast Member confirmed that pool hopping is allowed.

    The Animal Kingdom Lodge is a fabulous resort.  Be sure to spend some time exploring!  Write back if you have any more questions!
