    HI, are regular, plain French fries an ordering option at Be Our Guest for lunch? Kids don't like anything on the menu but want to go for lunch and are very picky! Thanks

    Hello Nicole.  Thank you for asking your question here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    My daughter is 6 years old and extremely picky.  Over our Christmas vacation she really wanted to eat lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  I reviewed the menu and was very concerned she wouldn't like anything on the menu.  She was adamant about eating there and I didn't want to discourage her from it so we gave it a shot!  I am really glad we did, we had a fabulous meal.  She was able to order the turkey sandwich plain and substituted regular french fries for sweet potato fries.  She also did not want to try the peach applesauce and they were able to add more french fries to her plate.  To my surprised she actually enjoyed her lunch.  She didn't care for the bread that the turkey sandwich came on but she took the turkey off and ate it plain and enjoyed the french fries.  The Cast Members were very helpful when it came to making her meal as plain as possible so she would enjoy her dining experience too.  

    I think you will be very happy eating lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  You never know, one of your kids might really surprise you and love something you never thought they would.  Have a great vacation!

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
