So Vanessa, let’s sprint right into your question! You are correct that the runDisney races for the 2027 season are already sold out. However, you may still have opportunities to participate through
charity groups, so I recommend keeping an eye on the runDisney website for those options.
As for the 2028 season, we do not yet know exactly when registration will open. In the past, we have often seen race registration open about seven to nine months before race weekend, but that timing can vary from year to year.
My biggest tip is to sign up for
runDisney email updates so you do not miss any important announcements or registration dates. Those bibs can disappear faster than Lightning McQueen on race day, so being ready when registration opens is always a good idea!
