    Hello! When registering online 10 days prior to our trip, are we able to request things such as a king bed and a certain area of rooms (second or third floor, toy story building, etc)? I know it wouldn't be guaranteed. Thanks!

    You are spot on -- you will have the opportunity with your online checkin to make requests. If you click here, you can read about some other ways to make requests (and as you noted, no guarantees with requests).
