Hello Kelvin!
Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney and dropping your question about the Disability Access Service at Walt Disney World. The
Walt Disney World Resort is committed to enabling Guests of all ages to enjoy the theme parks and
resorts to the maximum.
Guests who require alternate accommodations in order to experience attractions or entertainment are recommended to apply for the Disability Access Service (DAS). This allows Guests who have difficulty waiting in the traditional queue lines the opportunity to wait their turn in line in a means that is most convenient for them. For us, this has enabled all of us to enjoy attractions as a family while respecting the special needs of our loved ones.
Kelvin, at this time Guests residing outside of the United States or Canada, are unable to pre-register for the
DAS. You will need to speak with a Cast Member at Guest Service upon your arrival to the theme parks. They will be able to discuss the need for the DAS and recommend accommodations that may be best for your family. Typically, there are lines outside of Guest Services, as they do not deal exclusively with DAS requests, but with all types of Guest issues in the parks. In my experience, we have waited in line for less than thirty minutes maximum. You can register for the DAS in person at Guest Services at any of the four theme parks.
I truly hope this helps you plan a most wonderful vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
