I am registering for DAS pass for my brother. He is unable to physically be there during the registration. Could we do a live video chat with him on my phone while I am doing the live video chat with my laptop so he could do the interview and get his pic?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Vanessa!

Because you can pre-register 2 to 30 days in advance of a park visit, now is a great time to complete the Pre-Registration and Disability Access Service, especially with a Walt Disney World Resort vacation on the horizon.

There are 2 ways guests can register for DAS. If deemed eligible for DAS, the Guest utilizing DAS must be introduced on the video call, and a photo will be taken of them. In your case, if your brother can not be present, perhaps you can go to where he is located and use your phone to complete the process. If he is unable to be present for the live video call for pre-registration, he can register in person with a Cast Member at Guest Relations on the day of his visit. In addition, be sure to include the guests that will be traveling with your brother on his Family & Friends List prior to the registration. I hope this helps.

We are here if you have additional questions; please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
