Cast Members at the theme park entrances may require Guests to present valid identification to show proof of California residency, so it’s best if the name on each ticket matches the name of the person using the ticket and their ID card. Unused
theme park tickets can’t be assigned to another person online, so you will need to call the Disneyland Resort at (714) 520-6222 (the Website Support department) or (714) 781-4636 (Reservations and Tickets) for assistance. Please be aware that call volume is unusually high at the moment, so you might experience an extended hold time before speaking with a Cast Member. Your patience will be appreciated!
