We are registered to run in the Wine & Dine 5k this year. We ran it last year and had a blast, but this year, we won’t be getting into Disney until late Thursday night. Is there a way to pick up our bibs and race stuff the morning of the run? Thanks!

Hi Chris, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for sending your question to us as you prepare to celebrate iconic Disney chefs and foodies at this year's Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend.

According to official policy, all participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at least one day before their first event to pick up their race bib and shirt. There is no race-day check-in or bib pick-up. If you don't think you can make it to the ESPN Wide World of Sports before the expo ends at 7 PM Thursday, I recommend contacting runDisney to see if they can do anything to assist you. Use the online form or call the number at the bottom of this page to see if someone can help.

I hope you can arrive in time, Chris. I enjoy spending time at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo each year. In addition to retrieving your bib and shirt, you'll have the opportunity to shop for merchandise and take photos with Disney characters. A few months ago, during Princess Half Marathon Weekend, my friends and I met Louis, the alligator from Princess and the Frog. It was exciting to interact with a rarely-seen character!

Thanks again for visiting us at planDisney, and if there's anything else we can do to make your fall getaway even more memorable, don't hesitate to reach out again.

    Wishing you many magical miles,
    Betsy
