    If I registered for a race for 2017 Marathon Weekend through a charity would I be able to book a travel package through runDisney, or can I only use their room block? Just ran Jingle Jungle and W&D "Half" Half this past weekend and I'm ho

    Welcome to the wonderful world of runDisney! I'm happy to hear you are hooked :) 

    Running for a cause is a great way to participate in a runDisney race event! There is nothing more motivating and inspiring than to give back to the community.

    I do have experience utilizing this option, my son ran for St. Jude's in the Disneyland 10K and we had a great experience. While charities will vary in there fundraising requirements, and often offer additional perks for reaching certain fundraising amounts (hotel rooms, airfare, etc..) you are not required to take advantage of them. My son actually qualified for a two-night stay for his fundraising total and we were able to decline and book our own resort hotel accommodations with no problems. 

    I'm happy you enjoyed your Half Disney Wine & Dine Half experience! That was a runDisney first!
