It sounds like you're having trouble sharing plans in the Family & Friends feature of the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. If you're not yet in the U.S., you might not have full functionality of the app. You might consider re-downloading it once you arrive. If you're already in the country and still having trouble, Hakuna Matata - there are a few things to double-check. First, ensure that you're connected to the right person. In the app, go to "Profile," then toggle over to the Family & Friends List. Click on "Add a Guest," then click "Scan their linking code." That's a surefire way to make sure you're connected. Then, click on that person's name, and choose "All My Plans" so that they can see all the plans you've made. They'll want to do the same for you. If, at that time, you don't see any of your shared plans under "My Day," you might want to reach out to a helpful Cast Member via online chat or a phone call.
