Hey there, hi there, Jennifer! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question.
Oh boy! I'm so sorry to hear that it seems like there is an issue with your Disability Access Service registration for your children. Unfortunately, we don't have access to accounts and information for this. The planDisney panelists are Guests just like you who love helping other Guests get the answers to their planning questions. We don't have the magic wands and abilities to do the things that Cast Members can do, so my best advice would be to reach out to Disability Access Services or Guest Services to see if they can assist you. At the bottom of the
Disneyland Disability Access Service page, there is both an email and phone number to call. At the time of writing this, you would still be in the window to do a DAS Advance appointment as well if you needed to do that.
Once you arrive at the parks, be sure to check out the newly reopened
Mickey's Toontown. I was there on opening day without my kids and I still had so much fun checking it all out. One of my favorite things about the newly imagined area is that if you head to the back, just past Mickey's House, you will find a grassy area that as soon as you enter the music and noises of the area fades dramatically. I was blown away when my fellow panelist,
Greg L, showed me this and I know it's going to be a favorite place for my family to take a break from the parks.
Jennifer, thanks again for stopping by. I hope you are able to get your registrations all figured out, so you can put the finishing touches on getting ready for your visit. See you real soon!
Carrie
