Just registered for Everest Challenge race in May. I noticed that there was a link for training tips for other races but not Everest. Do you know if that will be available? This is our first Disney race, what is the best way to take it all in?

Hi Kelly!  The Expedition Everest Challenge is such a fun race!  Because the running part is a 5K, there will not be a specific training plan.  You can go to www.jeffgalloway.com to find out some training tips from Disney's official race trainer, Jeff Galloway.  He developed a run/walk/run method that is perfect for all level runners.  There will also be some obstacles and trivia/scavenger hunt challenges during the race.  The medals are really cool too!
You can visit the Expedition Everest Challenge page on the runDisney website to find out all about the after-party and the kid's races during race weekend.  The kid's races are great for children!  It really makes them feel like a part of the races!  Of course, the after-party is a great way to celebrate your achievement!  Since the race is a night-time race, you can spend the day exploring the Disney parks!
I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions about planning your runDisney trip!
