    Howdy, Tammy! Welcome to planDisney!

Isn't it fun to share the Walt Disney World Resort with our friends and family when they come to visit? Just one of the many great things about living in the Sunshine State. Let's get you ready for your grand adventure!

It sounds like you've already made Disney Park Pass reservations for yourself and your family members. Like Mary Poppins, we just need to make sure everything is in its place. First, make sure you're logged into your My Disney Experience account. Believe it or not, sometimes when I've had trouble with something, it turns out I forgot to sign in! Once you've double checked that, let's try to find your Disney Park Pass reservations. If you're on a computer, look for the "My Disney Experience" logo along the top menu tool bar, right under the Covid 19 information. Click there, and then scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Under the Daily Itinerary tab, you should see any plans you've made, including your Disney Park Pass reservations, along with the members of your party.

You can also find this information on your My Disney Experience app on your phone. You'll go to the Menu button (the three little horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner of the screen, then select "My Plans," and look for your Disney Park Pass reservations there.

If you still can't find your reservations, you should try giving Disney's Guest Services a call to see if they can help you troubleshoot the issue.

I hope this helps you find those pesky plans, Tammy. I wish you and your family a magical vacation. Please come back and see us if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
