Welcome to planDisney, Michelle! We're glad you brought your question to us today.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a wonderful tool designed to assist Guests who may have difficulty waiting in a traditional queue due to a disability. I'm glad to hear you were able to
pre-register your daughter for DAS. The DAS self-selection tool will become active once your daughter has entered a theme park for the first time after registering. You won't see it in the
My Disney Experience app until then.
To request a return time to visit an attraction with DAS, you can select the DAS tile using the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen, and it will bring up a list of DAS-Eligible attractions. Once you select an attraction, you will see the DAS logo with the words "Request DAS Return Time". Clicking on this will take you to the next screen where you will confirm your party and complete your selection. There are actually several other ways via the My Disney Experience app to select an attraction and request a DAS return time. You can use the Tip Board, use the search button at the bottom of the screen to type in the name of the attraction, or use the location button to pull up a map and click on an attraction from there.
If you made any
DAS Advance Selections during the registration process, you should be able to view those selections now under "My Plans" on the My Disney Experience website or "Future Plans" in the My Disney Experience app.
I hope that helps! If you have any additional questions, please stop by and see us again anytime. Have a wonderful vacation!
