Thank you for bringing us your question about
Disability Access Service (DAS). You are correct that the DAS self-selection tool will only become active after you have entered a theme park for the first time. You will find it by selecting the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen of the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You can schedule a DAS return time via this tile, or you can select an attraction from the
Tip Board and choose the DAS icon from the attraction screen. If you don't see the DAS tile once you have entered a park, try refreshing the app. If that doesn't do the trick, stop by
Guest Relations or the
Guest Experience Team (blue umbrellas) in the parks for assistance.
