    Hi I registered for DAS on Saturday with a lovely lady Nevada and she sent me a link for pre-planning team but if I go to this link it just takes me to the main Disney booking page. Any ideas?

    It's so exciting to hear that you've already been busy planning your Disney holiday by taking advantage of the relatively new Disability Access Service (DAS) Pre-Arrival Registration via Live Video Chat. 

    Lousie, it's unfortunate to hear that the web link provided by the lovely Cast Member does not appear to be opening for you.  However, with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, I think that I may just have some news for you! 

    As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I have the exact same website perspective as you, and therefore am able to understand, and hopefully provide an explanation as to why you've been thus far, unable to open the provided Disability Access Service (DAS) link to the pre-arrival team from here in the United Kingdom.

    Typically, Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom access the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company website to enable us to book and plan our holidays at Walt Disney World Resort.  Therefore, I do wonder if the web link provided to you for the Disability Access Service (DAS) pre-planning team, could actually be specific to the US-based www.DisneyWorld.Disney.go.com website.

    Louise, I understand this may not be the news you were wishing to hear.  But, you'll be pleased to know that upon arrival in the United States of America in just a few days time, you'll be able to gain full access to the US-based website to complete your pre-arrival planning for the Disability Access Service (DAS).
