Hi Elias! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
I hope you were able to locate a Cast Member who assisted you with adding Guests to your
Disability Access Service (DAS) group. They're always happy to help in any way they possibly can! There were some changes recently to the DAS system at Disneyland Resort, which may have led to conflicting information out there about where to go to make these adjustments to your party since there's a new spot that replaced the old one. I'm sorry if that led to confusion!
Currently, you can speak to a Cast Member about your DAS needs and other Accessibility Services that might be useful near the entrance to Disney California Adventure Park in the Esplanade. If you have difficulty spotting the
kiosk, its location can be found on the Disneyland mobile app's map. Please be aware that if you're registered and need to add people to your DAS party, the maximum party size at this time is the DAS Guest and up to 3 additional group members.
I've visited with friends and family who used a variety of
accommodations and services that Disneyland Resort makes available to Guests who need them. It's one of the reasons our trips to Disneyland Resort have been so special. It makes life a little easier and the memories a little sweeter. If you're not familiar with all of these services, take a quick look to see if there isn't something else available to you that could make your next visit that much better.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
