Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, William. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see that you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort soon! A Disney vacation is always magical, but exceptionally so during the
holiday season.
I'm glad to hear that you've already pre-registered for the
Disability Access Service. It's sure to make your visit to the theme parks more accessible and enjoyable! After your initial video chat with Disability Services, you should have had the opportunity to stay on the chat to arrange for your DAS Advance Planning Option with a second Cast Member. I'm sorry to tell you that my friends and I at planDisney can't help you book your one-hour return windows for the DAS Advance Planning Option. It's not something you can do on your own either, unfortunately. Since you're more than 2 days away from your arrival date, your best bet is to
request another live video chat so that you can get to the link to plan your DAS Advance Selections. I recommend requesting your second live video chat as soon as possible so that you stay within the eligibility window (at least 2 days prior to the day you plan to utilize DAS).
If you have any other questions about the many services available at the Walt Disney World Resort for Guests with disabilities, I encourage you to reach out to
Disability Services. This incredible team can be reached by calling (407) 560-2547 or by emailing disability.services@disneyparks.com. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
Be sure to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app before your arrival. It's magic at your fingertips! The app has lots of handy tools, but my favorite is the
mobile food and beverage ordering feature. It's saved my family lots of precious time in the theme parks!
I hope this was helpful, William. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
