I registered a child's ticket under my name, an adult, because I didn't know that it was for under 10 yrs of age. And, I registered the adult ticket with the child's name. Do I change these? Where do I put in the attending date?

    Hi Wayne, welcome to planDisney!

Your summer visit to Walt Disney World Resort is just over a month away. If you're considering  Disney Genie+ service for any of your park days, I'm pleased to share that Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Frozen Ever After and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT, Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom park, and Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park are being offered as Genie+ Lightning Lane attractions through August 7.

For all Guests over the age of three, valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (MagicBand, admission card, or Disney MagicMobile pass) are required for theme park entry. I understand you currently have a child's ticket linked to you in My Disney Experience and an adult's ticket linked to a child. Let's go ahead and get your tickets reassigned to the right mousketeer before proceeding with theme park reservations.

To reassign your tickets to the correct individual, scroll down on the "My Plans" page of your My Disney Experience account, then scroll down and click the "Tickets and Memory Maker" tab. To the right of the ticket that's currently assigned to you, click the "Reassign Ticket" dropdown menu and select the child's name. Follow the same steps to reassign the child's ticket to you.

Once your tickets have been reassigned, check the theme park reservation availability calendar and make a theme park reservation for everyone in your party for each park day. This lets Mickey know when and where he can expect you. If you have tickets with the Park Hopper option, a theme park reservation is only required for the theme park you plan to enter first. Theme park reservations do not come with a confirmation email or number, but they can be viewed under the "Daily Itinerary" tab of the "My Plans" page of the My Disney Experience account. They can also be viewed in the My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen --> Future Plans).

Please bookmark the planDisney page and come see us with any other trip-planning questions.

    Choose magic,
