Well hello there, Beth!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question about the
Disability Access Service (DAS) to us! As part of fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, DAS is designed to assist Guests who are unable to tolerate waiting in a conventional queue. I'd be happy to help you with registering for DAS.
First, make sure you are logged in to your
Disneyland account. To be included in DAS plans, each party member must be linked and already have a valid ticket and theme park reservation. Then, from 2 to 30 days before your visit, you may request a
live video chat with a Cast Member between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The Guest requesting DAS must be present on the call. If this Guest is a minor, their parent or guardian will also need to be present. During the call, the Cast Member may assist you with booking up to 2 one-hour return windows for
select attractions.
You may also register for DAS in person by speaking to a Cast Member at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce or a Guest Information location. No matter how you choose to register, you may then use the
Disneyland Mobile App to select return times for attractions on the day of your Park visit. If you need further assistance, you may call
Disability Services or email disability.services@disneyland.com.
Did you know that you'll be visiting during the
Food & Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure? You can check out the
Foodie Guide that the Disney Parks Blog published, but the big winner for me was the Pineapple-coconut Churro! Also, the
Indiana Jones Adventure was recently refurbished with some neat new effects added, so be sure to check out this fan favorite.
Beth, I hope you have a fantastic visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. If I or any of my pals at planDisney can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out again!
Have a Magical Day!
