Ahoy there, Rita!
Welcome aboard! Based on your travel dates, it looks like you’ll be on the 3-night voyage to
The Bahamas on the
Disney Dream. Following in your footsteps, I will also be cruising on the Disney Dream in November...yay for us!
So when you sign into your Disney Cruise Line account and do Online Check-In, it will ask for your
passport number, expiration date, and your country of citizenship. Guests may also save their passport information in their profiles to use for future cruises. This is really convenient as a returning Disney cruiser. And hey, who doesn’t love the idea of more sailings?
Even with this preliminary process complete, you will still need to present the passport when you check-in at the port as well as travel with it. Fortunately, travel documentation can be locked in your stateroom safe, so you won't have to worry about your passport being safe.
Get ready to be wowed at Castaway Cay! It's my absolute favorite tropical paradise. You'll be able to have the most active or chill day ashore-whatever you prefer. Pre-plan activities like
Port Adventures or lounge in a beach chair. Some of our family favorites: Pelican Plunge with its waterslides,
snorkeling on Castaway Family Beach, and biking around the island like we own the place! Check out the handy dandy
Castaway Cay map at the bottom of this link to get a lay of the land in advance.
Rita, I hope your cruise is sprinkled with lots of pixie dust. Have a DREAMy vacation!
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
