If you register for the marathon and then you need to could you drop to the 1/2?

    Hi June-Ellen!

I completed my very first full marathon this past January at Walt Disney World and it was such a great experience!  I hope it works out for you to do it in 2014.  It is truly the most magical place to run!

There are some guidelines for transferring races.  The deadline is usually December 1, but that is subject to availability of the race you are wanting to change to.  Usually, the Walt Disney World Half Marathon will be sold out months before then.

If you get to the point where you feel like you need to transfer closer to the race, you can always contact runDisney at 407-938-3398

Best wishes on your training, and please let me know if you have any other questions!
