Hi Gabino, and welcome to planDisney!
Not only is
Disneyland Resort the Happiest Place on Earth, but it is also an accessible place as well. Disneyland Resort is committed to making the resort an inclusive place where all Guests can create magical, life-long memories.
Suppose you or a member of your party require an accommodation for a disability that makes standing in a long line challenging. In that case, you may want to consider registering yourself or that person for the
Disability Access Service (DAS). Guests interested in DAS must register at least two days before the trip and may register up to 30 days in advance.
First,
sign in to the Disneyland Account, and make sure that you link all party members to a single account. Then, the person signing up for DAS can meet with a Cast Member via video chat. To chat with the Cast Member, the person can visit the
Registering for Disability Access Service (DAS) webpage any day between 9AM and 8PM (Pacific Time). When on the webpage, scroll down to "Ready to Chat with a Cast Member?", then click "Request Live Chat."
I hope you and your party have a magical time at Disneyland Resort. If you are coming in March, you will be visiting during a fun time. The
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival has incredible
food and beverage options, such as the Glazed BBQ Pork Belly, which looks incredible!
Happy planning,
Lola
