How to register for a DAS pass in the UK by chat

Welcome to planDisney, Trudi! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. I travel frequently with someone in my family who uses Disability Access Service (DAS), and it makes our vacation run so much smoother. It's such a relief to know that Disney is focused on accessibility and inclusion for all Guests regardless of their individual needs.

Trudi, at this time, online pre-registration for DAS cannot be completed from the United Kingdom. If you plan to register a member of your party for DAS, you will be able to do so when you arrive for your vacation. It's a quick process that can be completed at any Guest Relations location, including the Guest Experience Team located around the Theme Parks under the blue umbrellas. They'll chat with you about your needs and help determine what accommodations will be best for you. If you're approved for DAS, they will take your photo and a DAS tile will appear in the main menu of your My Disney Experience app. You'll be able to book attraction return times from that screen, or from the individual page of the attraction you want to visit!

I hope this answers your question, Trudi, and please let us know if you have more questions for you about DAS or any other aspect of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
