I want to register for a DAS pass

    Welcome back to planDisney, Lori!

I see that your arrival date has come and gone. However, I will be glad to answer your question if you visit the Theme Parks in the coming days or for future reference.

There are two ways for eligible Guests to register for Disability Access Service (DAS):

    1. Pre-arrival via live video chat with a Cast Member (no less than 2 days before arrival.)
    2. On-site at City Hall or another Guest Relations location.
If you do not have enough time to pre-register before you arrive, no worries. You can easily register for DAS in person on the day of your visit at a Guest Relations location. If you are eligible, you and (up to five Guests in your group) will use the Disneyland Mobile App to request a return time to experience select attractions instead of physically waiting in the standby line.

Lori, did you know that once you have registered for DAS, the service will be valid for the length of your ticket? No need to re-register each day of your visit. However, keep in mind that once the service has elapsed or when a new ticket is required, you will need to re-register.

I hope you find this helpful, Lori. We are always available to help here at planDisney!

    Your Pal,
